Venician LLC, referred to as Corvette Parts in this document, is committed to protecting your privacy. We utilize the
information from you to process orders.
The following outlines how your information is collected, protected and used.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
When you request a catalog, submit a order, submit a used parts request Corvette Parts collects your name,
address, telephone number and you e-mail address. We do not collect credit card information nor financial
information. All credit card and payment processing is through PayPal. Please see: www.PayPal.com for their
security policy and buyer protection policy.
We use the information we collect from you to process your order or request and to contact you with questions we
may have pertaining to your order or request. Your information that we collect will not be sold or shared with any
other company or Internet entity.
We do use a third party company to interpret the traffic on our site. This company is given access to all information
you provide to us. The companies are contractually prohibited from using your information in any form or manner
other than to assist us to provide you with the products and services available on our site.
While we try to ensure pricing and product description accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing
or in descriptions, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order, or part of any order, based on an
incorrect price or an incorrect description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Used parts requested with specific date codes and/or part numbers are subject to search and locate fees and costs;
each part will be individually priced. All date code and part number part requests require a deposit.
The carrier ( UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) is responsible to deliver the shipment in good condition and all deliveries will
require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your shipment within three days of delivery. Any damage must be
reported to the carrier immediately and to Venician LLC. The carrier will inspect the shipment and will return it to
Venician. Once Venician receives a claim number from the carrier, and confirms that the shipment is in route back to
Venician, a replacement order will be shipped to you.
Should you wish to return a purchase for a refund, please call for a Return Authorization number.
Product must be received by Venician LLC within 30 of the date of your recite of the product.
When returning an item, enclose a copy of the sales invoice, the product MUST be in the original package. All
returns MUST be in unused condition, in original package and prepaid with insurance and a signature requirment.
There are no exceptions to this. If the product is a special order there is no return, only warranty replacement or
Venician LLC's warranty is limited to defects in either material and/or workmanship of
the product. Warranty returns shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting at
Venician LLC's option any parts to be found to be defective.
This warranty is void on all differential and trailing arm assemblies which show any evidence of
misapplication, improper installation, lack of lubrication, improper lubrication, abuse,
negligence, alteration of design or disassembly of product.
Please call for Warranty Consideration number, product must be well packaged and freight prepaid with signature
required. Insurance is highly suggested.
The customer is responsible for all freight. Shortages or damage must be reported to the freight carrier and to
Corvette Parts, Venician LLC within 3 days of receipt.
